Say 'Hello!' to the army list moderator

It's been a pain to do everything and read through the army lists, and as a result a lot of illegal things have been discovered the hard way - by fellow users.
Thus, I give the title "army lists moderator" to Exiled. He will look and correct/alarm any mistakes he finds. Hopefully, he will do the job, heh.
Note: I know him for a long time and I know he has all the codexes needed and all the experience too. And some time, hopefully. That's why I burden him with the task, not anyone else.
If he fails the job, though, he will be exterminated by me, personally.

I'm sure he'll do a good job.
